I have incredibly sensitive skin that tends to be very dry. This cream works miracles on my hand and elbows and I have yet to have a reaction to it. The non-greasy formula works best right before bed with cotton gloves to make your hands feel incredibly soft in the morning. I couldn't reccomend this cream any higher. A bit pricer than some creams but you need so little and it is worth every penny because it actually works! The lip balm is so rich that just a small amount goes a long way, also another fabulous find worth checking out!

I've been using Lotil for 15 years or more, and I don't know how I'd get through a winter without it. When the weather gets dry, I get cracks in the skin around my fingernails and on my fingertips and knuckles. All I have to do is rub a tiny dab of Lotil on the crack every so often during the day (I keep a tube on my desk at work as a reminder)- no bandage needed - and keep it up until I go to bed , and within 24 hours the crack will be healed. Nothing else works that well - not even a Band-Aid and antiseptic ointment or petroleum jelly.
It absorbs quickly and isn't greasy. A little goes a long way, so the cost is well worth it. I couldn't recommend any product more highly.

I've used this product for years, it is the only cream that works on cracked finger tips. It is truly great for dry, chapped skin.

My Mom turned me on to this product a few years ago and a small amount goes a long way. I especally use it in the winter on my cracked cuticles and it works wonders. You have to put it on every night faithfully with a bandaid so it doesn't rub off during the night till the crack goes away and it feels very soothing while it is on the problem spot. Works great keeping your skin hydrated, also.

I used to have a terrible time with my fingertips splitting in the winter. Since I started using Lotil (and it has been years now) I no longer have that problem. I just apply Lotil to my hands every night before I go to bed, being sure that I massage it well into my fingertips. No more painful splits! This is a heavy waxy product, however, and not really suitable for a quick application during the day. I love the stuff! It's expensive, but well worth it. Buying it in the large container (search for "Extra Large Lotil") is more economical that buying the small jar.
